Compensation: $40–$43 per training hour, plus performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, effective, high-energy personal training sessions in clients’ homes and on-site locations
- Build personalized fitness programs based on each client’s goals, abilities, and progress
- Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programming, reassessments, notes, and client progress
- Motivate clients, track results, and create a positive training experience
- Manage your schedule and travel efficiently within the Bellingham-area territory
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion for fitness and client results

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent
- Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain before starting client sessions
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between appointments
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and positive coaching energy
- Comfort using mobile and web-based apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication
- Ability to create a safe, motivating, and results-focused client experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
- Newly certified trainers with strong people skills and professionalism are encouraged to apply
- Experience with Trainerize, Mindbody, or similar fitness platforms is a plus
- Experience working with active adults, seniors, beginners, weight-loss clients, or general fitness clients is helpful
