We are hiring 1–2 elite personal trainers immediately to take over high-value clients already on the schedule in the Peninsula.

What This Role Actually Is (real talk)

This is NOT a gym job.

You will:

Train clients in their homes (Daly City → Half Moon Bay corridor)
Build long-term relationships
Own a high-income route of clients
Be part of a structured, high-performance system

Compensation

$40–$60/session base
$500+ bonuses for 6-month renewals
2% commission on all other renewals
Performance bonuses + session volume incentives
Gas reimbursement

👉 Top trainers = $1,000+/week

Pacifica
Half Moon Bay

👉 Living in South San Francisco / San Bruno / Pacifica strongly preferred
