Job Summary: 

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team as a GYMGUYZ Fitness Manager for our Virginia Beach location. As the Fitness Manager, you will drive sales, manage fitness operations, lead team members, and provide exceptional personal training services. 


1.     Sales:

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels. 
  • Conduct assessments and effectively communicate the value of GYMGUYZ services. 
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. 

2.       Operations:

  • Manage logistics including scheduling, session verification, and vehicle assignments. 
  • Ensure team-wide use of the GYMGUYZ Fitness App. 
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment standards for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. 
  • Ensure team's familiarity with GYMGUYZ training programs and equipment. 
  • Manage inventory of equipment. 
  • Emphasize community involvement and manage the CSR Process. 
  • Foster a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients. 
  • Address client complaints per GYMGUYZ procedures. 

3.       Personal Training/Team Leadership:

  •  Deliver effective training sessions to clients of varying fitness levels. 
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create individualized exercise programs. 
  • Educate clients on form, technique, and nutrition. 
  • Lead and motivate team members, ensuring a positive work environment. 

4.       Administrative:

  • Utilize computer skills to manage client data, schedules, and progress. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems preferred. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions. 


  • Certified Personal Trainer and CPR/AED certifications required. 
  • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
  • 2-3 years of fitness industry management experience, including people management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Willingness to travel daily and possess a dependable vehicle.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
