The day to day:
· Answering phones, emails, TXT, and live chat from customers
· Professionally responding to client/prospect inquiries
· Navigate a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions, which includes using standard screens, scripts, and procedures
· Providing customers with all the necessary information about GYMGUYZ and our service.
· Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to management
· Following up on complicated client interactions where required
· Recording details of client interactions (proficiently and accurately)
· Develop rapport with clients, with an upbeat and positive attitude.
· Offer solutions- not excuses.
What you will bring:
· Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
· Strong verbal and written communicator
· Positive and quick troubleshooter
Your Qualifications:
· 1 year of call center (preferred)
· Basic knowledge of computers i.e. navigation, copy/paste, open tabs, email
· Excellent verbal and written communication - grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required) Supplemental Pay:
